| There are occasions when an individual or a neighborhood is interested in some sort of capital project within the Vista Lakes community and who wants to seek funding and authorization from the Board of Supervisors for such project. In order to facilitate this process so that the Board is not inundated with minor requests, the Board has implemented the following procedure for any neighborhood requesting funding for a capital project.
